What motivates you to start a health program? More importantly, what causes you to stay committed to greater nutrition and a daily program of proper supplementation? What is the key that unlocks the energy, the drive, and the incentive from within someone? Think of the person that you know who seems to be full of energy, enthusiasm, and always has a great attitude - no matter the circumstances. This person glows, right?

Contrary to that, you probably have someone in mind who does not seem to care about their deteriorating health. If so, you probably find yourself wondering what it will take to get his or her attention. Do they not understand how dangerous their current state of health really is? You question why they need to be convinced. To you, the truth is obvious.
